WARRANTY & WEBSITE RETURN POLICY


WAVE ONE MARINE LLC | LIMITED WARRANTY

Wave One Marine® products sold by Wave One Marine, LLC warrants our products for defective materials or workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.

This Warranty only applies to the original Buyer, and it is not transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

This Warranty is voided if the product warranted has been damaged by an accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, unauthorized alterations, or other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.

This Warranty does not cover regular maintenance or normal cosmetic wear and tear from typical marine use.

Wave One Marine® products will be repaired during the warranty period or be replaced with a like kind product (at Wave One Marine, LLC option), if this is not possible, a full refund may be issued.

This Warranty does not cover in any case the costs of product installation, uninstallation, transport, insurance, import duties, or any other expense that may incur the process.

Wave One Marine LLC will not be responsible for any damages, costs, or expenses payable to third parties or any damage to the user's vessel, vehicles, industrial equipment, facilities, damage done to the environment, personal injury, or death.

We do our very best to design, test, manufacture high quality marine products at a reasonable price. If you do have a warranty issue please contact us with the information below. We will do our best to make any warranty issue as hassle free as possible:

WAVE ONE MARINE | WEBSITE ORDER RETURN POLICY

Our goal is for you to be as happy with your products as we are building them. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Unless the item is defective, return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Products must be in the same condition as they were shipped, in the original box. We reserve the right to inspect each return to verify the items condition & authenticity. If the item is used, damaged, or in unsellable condition through no fault of our own, we may reject the return or charge an applicable restocking fee as determined.

To return an item that was ordered via our website please email us at the address below and provide us with the following information: Customer Name, Order Number, Reason For Return
We will respond within 24 hours (during normal business hours) with a return authorization and instructions
